When personal information is exchanged in chat, verification is an essential part of the conversation. This AI workflow can be used to make this as easy and secure as possible. The chatbot requests credentials that verify chatbot users as customers. Any CRM can be connected for this purpose, provided it is n8n-compatible.

How it works
1. Verification request
If personal data is to be accessed, this workflow is initiated. To do this, a POST request containing the user's identification data is sent to the webhook.
2. CRM is searched
Based on the identification data, the CRM is searched for matching contacts.
3. Matching credentials with CRM data
Credentials are requested in the chat and compared with CRM data to verify the user.
4. Return the verification result and make it usable
At the end, a message will be displayed indicating whether the verification was successful. The verification is valid for the entire subsequent conversation.
