What is artificial intelligence (AI)?
Artificial intelligence is a system that can independently make predictions and thus also decisions using mathematical formulas, algorithms and large amounts of data. Programs with high computing power are able to recognise similarities and overlaps in large amounts of data and generate models from them. AI systems are already integrated into our everyday lives, helping solve problems with intelligent methods. However, there is much more to say on the subject and its definition. What is a topic in AI chatbot?
Für den Chatbot spiegelt sich ein Thema in den sogenannten Frageabsichten von Nutzern wider. So kann es z.B. das Thema “Passwort vergessen” geben. Wenn so trainiert, beherrscht der Chatbot dieses Thema und kann dementsprechend diverse Varianten von Fragen dazu beantworten. Beispielfragen zu diesem Thema könnten sein:
