Your role

Do you want to do more than just manage marketing, do you want to create visibility? If so, we are looking for an Online Marketing Manager. You won't be following a pre-set editorial calendar here: you decide how moinAI appears on Google, in LLMs, and on LinkedIn, and you make our expertise visible through your own content. From the first keyword to the newsletter, you will be responsible for our organic channels.

Your responsibilities

  • You will further develop our SEO and GEO strategy to ensure moinAI is visible on Google and in AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
  • You will plan and manage content across the entire customer journey, including blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and whitepapers. You will also maintain our website in Webflow.
  • You will be responsible for the editorial calendar, posts, and community management for our LinkedIn company page, and you will support our leadership team and staff in building their personal profiles.
  • You will conceptualize and send out our newsletter.
  • You will measure the success of all channels (GA4, Search Console, HubSpot) and derive concrete actions from the data.

What you bring to the table

  • At least 4 years of experience in online marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven success in SEO and content, as well as an interest in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
  • Experience in building a B2B brand on LinkedIn and working with newsletters or email marketing
  • Proficiency in using AI tools in your daily work
  • Native-level German with excellent writing skills, plus a very good command of English
  • A hands-on mentality: you develop strategies and implement them yourself
