In this context, specialized AI technology providers who understand the role of AI in service as an individual and autonomous assistant are gaining in importance. As an exhibitor at the congress trade fair, moinAI will also demonstrate how AI-based automation can be used specifically in service and how AI agents support employees in real time with suggested responses and relevant information from knowledge databases.
