About this workflow

This workflow makes it easy to find branches in a specific region. Locations can be conveniently queried in the chat, and users receive a clear list with addresses, contact details and even opening hours. Make your locations visible and attract potential customers!

How it works

1. User submits a request in the chat

The user wants to know whether your company has branches in a specific region, and the workflow starts.

2. Location is extracted and passed on to the Google Maps API

The location is extracted from the request and forwarded to the Google Maps API via webhook for further processing.

3. Google Maps API is requested with a preformatted message specific to the company:

3. Results are returned to users in the chat.

In the chat, cards are dynamically filled with the search results and clearly displayed to the user.
